Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries and requests for quotations from clients.
• Maintain daily contact and communication with customers to provide support and technical advice.
• Create and manage technical documentation related to products and projects.
• Search for substitutes for unavailable products on the market, ensuring compliance with customer specifications.
• Select appropriate cables and components for new product developments.
• Support and implement New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external product standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Very good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and technical terminology.
• Higher education degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role, ideally within a cable manufacturing company.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
