Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. 生产线重新规划与布局：
   • 根据公司生产流程，对现有生产线进行重新规划与布局，确保生产效率最大化。
   • 制定详细的项目计划，包括时间表、资源分配和预算控制，确保项目按时完成。
   • 协调内外部资源，确保设备搬迁和安装过程中的安全与效率。
     Production Line Planning and Layout:
   • Redesign machine layout according to production process to ensure maximum production efficiency and eliminate transportation waste.
   • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget control, to ensure on-time project completion.
   • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure safety and efficiency during equipment relocation and installation

2. 新设备投资项目：
   • Responsible for managing and implementing new equipment investment projects to ensure timely completion of capacity expansion plans
3. 设备改进优化（安全，效率，质量）：
   • 与设备和工艺部门一起，根据生产现场的需求来定义设备优化项目，来满足生产安全，生产效率以及产品质量的持续改善。
   • Work with the equipment and process department to define the equipment optimization project, to meet the continuous improvement of production safety, production efficiency and product quality.
4. 其他持续改善项目：
   • Responsible for other continuous improvement projects

任职要求：

Qualifications:

1. 教育背景：
   • 本科及以上学历，过程装备与控制、机电类、自动化等相关专业。
     Education:
   • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Process Equipment and Control, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields.
2. 工作经验：
   • 至少8年以上电缆行业或电缆设备制造工作经验，具备设备搬迁或安装经验者优先。
   • 熟悉机械制造知识，根据现场需求能够独立绘制图纸或改进设备，并能装配
   • 熟悉自动化控制PLC工作原理及编程。
     Work Experience:
   • Minimum 3 years of experience in the cable industry or equipment manufacturing, with preference given to candidates with equipment relocation or installation experience.
   • Familiar with mechanical manufacturing knowledge, able to independently draw drawings or improve equipment according to on-site requirements, and able to assemble.
   • Familiar with PLC principles and programming for automation control.

3.技能要求：

• 精通电缆生产设备相关知识，对设备有很深的认知。
• 了解电缆制造的生产工序及工艺
• 精通项目管理，具备时间管理、成本管理、风险管理能力，能够有效控制项目进度和预算。
• 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与各部门紧密合作，推动项目顺利进行。
  Skills:
• Proficient in cable production equipment related knowledge, have a deep understanding of equipment.
• Understand the production process and technology of cable manufacturing
• Proficient in project management, capable of time management, cost management and risk management, able to effectively control project schedule and budget.
• Good communication and coordination skills, able to work closely with various departments to promote the smooth implementation of the project.
