Purpose

Drive strategic growth through actionable market intelligence, competitive positioning, and cross-functional collaboration, while developing data-driven marketing initiatives aligned with regional business objectives.

Areas of responsibility

       

1. Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Update Asia BU customer data, including volume development scenarios and market potential analysis.
  • Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis across all product segments (Transport & Energy, Automation, etc.).
  • Source and validate data through:
  • Sales team input and CRM systems.
  • Customer interviews/surveys.
  • External reports/industry benchmarks.
  • Develop statistical models to track:
  • Market size evolution vs. Lynxeo’s penetration.
  • Pricing competitiveness and margin drivers.

2. Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop BU strategy including market footprint optimization, focus areas.
  • Define customer segmentation models and service offerings by:
  • Mapping customer/prospect ecosystems.
  • Analyzing revenue potential, price-volume trends, and share-of-wallet.
  • Identifying key differentiation drivers per segment.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to:
  • Build segment-specific value propositions.
  • Design go-to-market strategies (channel mix, country prioritization).

3. Field Marketing & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead internal/external communication initiatives:
  • Manage BU event calendar (seminars/conferences/forums).
  • Develop executive briefing materials for strategic reviews.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to:
  • Align marketing activities with sales objectives.
  • Build consensus on market outlook and growth scenarios.

 

Expected results

 

  • Identify and capture new business opportunities across Asia using data-driven insights

- Maintain and manage marketing database

- Analyse data to identify potential segments, trends

- Build a view of focus verticals based on potential and fit

  •  Analyze short-term and long-term market trends

- Delivery the Annual marketing plan

- Quarterly Marketing presentation with completed analysis of TAM/Market share/Trends/Ecosystem

  • Understand customers' growth strategies and develop the right approaches for Lynxeo

- Engage in surveys, market research and other data research activities to build a key insight into customer needs and market trends

- Share with sales teams the value proposition and product offer in a clear marketing deck

  • Drive product development and improvement by understanding customer needs and collaborating with the Lynxeo technical team

- Develop the value proposition based on customer / market insight, and work closely with product teams on fine tuning our product offer

Position sizing

Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in Transport & Energy sectors.
  • English language should be fluent both in the spoken and written, oversea experience is plus.
  • Proven track record in Asia market analysis and strategy development.
  • Advanced AI/Power BI/Excel for data modeling. CRM/Salesforce proficiency.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities across cultures.
  • Domain knowledge in at least two of: market or industry or region.
