MVA Product development engineer

Purpose

• Enhance technical capability to response to customer’s technical demand promptly and precisely.
• Support business ambition plan for 2029.

Areas of responsibility

• Pre- sales technical support for MVA business, Mainly in:

• Response to daily technical inquiry from customer;
• Collect project information and identify the market potential in aspect of engineering;
• Support sales for new project development;
• Organize and hold customer technical seminar and training session in case need.
• Cable solutions design and the technical documents preparation including BOM, drawing, and TS;
• Customized parts/components design and PTS establishing.
• Others related technical documents preparation and management.
• Test program design and following;
• Technical documents preparation for varies audit, such as FAI, PPAP, and receive customer onsite audit;
• Other requested technical documents preparation and compilation.
• Bidding documents preparation, in case need.

• After-sales service, mainly in:

• Installation Instruction file preparation, and organize the training on workshop.
• Customer training
• Support on internal process or quality improvement project.
• Onsite inspection and analysis in case product failure or defect, and issue the Inspection and Analysis Report.

•  Support sales to win ≥3 new project;
•  1M sales growth per year base on new solution/project development;
• Customer complaint cases reduce 3% per year;
• Support MVA business growth 5% per year.
