이 직무를 위해서는 다음과 같은 역량과 자격이 필요합니다.

[Required Skills & Qualifications]

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business (MBA preferred
• 7~15 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, or accounting (for manager-level roles)
• Solid knowledge of cash management, capital markets, accounting and taxation
• Experience with ERP and Treasury Management systems (TMS) preferred
• Strong command of English (for communication with global financial institutions)
• Able to develop and maintain credibility with internal and external customers
