📌 Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and business functions to support commercial decision-making
• Analyze sales performance, profitability, and commercial margins
• Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Monitor key commercial and financial KPIs and provide actionable insights
• Perform pricing, profitability, and customer/product margin analysis
• Prepare management reports and support HQ reporting requirements
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives
• Ensure data accuracy and continuous improvement of reporting processes

📌 What We're Looking For

• 5–10 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Controlling, or a related Finance role
• Experience in a multinational and manufacturing environment 
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and commercial margin (Revenue)
• Experience in sales performance and profitability analysis
• Experience analyzing actual results vs. budget vs. forecast
• Business-level English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with SAP is preferred
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills
