- Main responsibilities
The Modern Workplace Architect is the visionary behind Lynxeo’s employee experience. You will design and implement the "next-generation" IT ecosystem—balancing seamless cloud productivity with the rugged security required for global industrial operations. You aren't just maintaining a system; you are architecting the foundation for AI-driven collaboration and zero-trust security across our global footprint.
As Workplace Architect you are responsible for:
- Design, Strategy & AI Innovation
- Vision & Roadmap: Develop a 3-year digital workplace roadmap that aligns with Lynxeo’s “speed and pragmatism" culture.
- AI & Productivity: Architect the governance and deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot and other GenAI tools to boost engineering and administrative efficiency.
- End-to-End Solutions: Design workplace services (Tanium, Intune, DaaS, Autopilot) that bridge the gap between office executives and plant-floor operators.
- Vendor & RFP Management: Lead technical evaluations for solution vendors (RFQs/RFPs), ensuring cost-efficiency and technical alignment.
- Architecture Compliance: Ensure all global designs meet high standards for security, scalability, and financial transparency
- Operations, Security & Support
- L3 Escalation: Act as the final technical authority for complex incident and problem management.
- Automated Provisioning: Mastermind the global "Zero-Touch" deployment strategy using Windows Autopilot and Intune.
- Identity & Access (IAM): Secure the perimeter using Entra ID, SailPoint, and Silverfort to ensure seamless, secure access for a multi-national workforce.
- Sustainable Lifecycle: Manage the distribution of applications and patches via Software Center, focusing on minimizing downtime and optimizing device longevity
We expect results on :
- Blueprint Excellence: Delivery of high-quality High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents for the new Lynxeo tenant.
- Seamless Migration: Successful execution of the carve-out migration and technical documentation.
- Service Homogeneity: Achievement of a standardized IT infrastructure across all 21 global sites.
- Zero-Trust Maturity: Implementation of robust IAM/IGA tools (SailPoint, Okta, MFA) to protect industrial intellectual property. § Operational Efficiency: Reduction in "Time-to-Desktop" for new hires through optimized Autopilot and Intune workflows.
3. Candidate profile
🎓 Technical skills
- Deep expertise in Windows 11, Intune (MEMCM), SCCM, and application packaging..
- 5–10 years experiences as an IT Architect focusing on Digital Workplace or Infrastructure.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint) and VDI/DaaS environments.
- Proficiency in Entra ID (Azure AD), IAM/IGA frameworks, and MFA protocols.
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Familiarity with industrial/manufacturing contexts is a plus.
