Purpose :

 

Joining Lynxeo as a Strategy & Corporate Finance Intern, you will:

  • Become an actor of the energy transition by taking part in the electrification of equipment and infrastructure
  • Operate in a highly dynamic industrial environment
  • Work within a very international and multi-cultural organization
  • Have a direct exposure to the decision center of a PE-backed international company (C-levels, BU General Managers)

 

Areas of responsabilities :

 

At your level you will :

  • Build up financial and strategic analyses to support Top Management’s strategy definition, covering a broad range of topics such as:
    • Corporate finance (financial performance analysis, business reviews)
    • Corporate strategy (growth opportunities, BU transformation and optimization, etc.)
    • Market intelligence (market research, benchmarking, knowledge management)
    • M&A opportunity analyses (screening, rationale definition & synergies identification)
  • C-level syntheses and action plan follow up material to support decision making

 

Required skills :

 

  • Mandatory: 2nd part of Gap year or End of Study internship from a top engineering or business schools
  • Mandatory: previous experience in Corporate Finance/Strategy, Transaction Services, Consulting, M&A or Private Equity
  • Mandatory: Fluent English
  • Strong Quantitative & Communication skills, Curiosity about industrial environment, Autonomy
  • MS Office, Power BI, AI
