HR group Team

You’ll be working with a dynamic and diverse HR teams, enabling autonomies and value creative perspectives, position is based in HQ, carrying on the missions of HR digital transformation projects, touching the ground directly with several Europe and Asian country HR professionals, involving in various group and countries projects across the year. You will gain hands-on experience working with our HRIS system (SF – Success Factors) and supporting key HR processes, also handle data analysis so as to build insights and design business reporting dashboard for HR hard KPIs

Main responsibilities

Support for group performance campaign, salary review analysis and bonus calculation, system modules configuration.
Assist group HR team in maintaining and enhancing HRIS functionalities of SF, testing solutions and interfaces if any.
Working with Group HR experts, to explore, design and deploy E-learning platforms, select and upload E-learning courses.
Participating in HR digital transformation projects to enhance system functionality, mapping with improved HR process.
Preparing reports and analyzing HR data for specific use cases, target is to design and build HR dashboard for long term.
Support other HQ HR activities and projects monitoring.

Candidate profile

🎓Technical skills

Currently in your last year of Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, HR, HRIS, internship can last at least 6 months.
Languages: English and French (Fluent) for written and verbal communication
MS Office software (Excel, PPT, PowerBI etc.), PowerBI is must.
Able to understand and handle different business tools is better to have, data analytical skills will be plus
