Position : 6 months internship
Localisation : Tour Hekla
Reporting : Head of ESG Group.
In a nutshell : You will explore all ESG-related areas (carbon, circular economy, social issues, regulatory reporting, etc.), participate in crafting an ESG strategy for a major industrial company, and benefit from mentorship by seasoned sustainable development professionals.

You will report directly to the Head of ESG, working closely with cross-functional teams (operations, procurement, sales, HR) to advance the Group’s ESG strategy.
Areas of responsabilities
As the ESG Officer (Intern), you will support the Head of ESG in shaping and implementing Lynxeo’s ESG strategy. Your key responsibilities will span across:
- Climate & Environment
- Carbon footprint analysis and decarbonization strategy: data collection, performance monitoring, alignment with international standards
- Preparing responses for EcoVadis, CDP, and similar ESG ratings
- Circular Economy

- Promoting eco-design through Life Cycle Analysis (LCA)
- Enhancing material circularity initiatives

- Social
- DEI and Quality of Work Life (QWL) monitoring
- Social audits, integrating CS3D standards
- Reporting & Compliance. Ensuring compliance with CSRD and industry-specific regulations (REACH, RoHS, CRMT-EMRT, etc.)
- Stakeholder Engagement. Educating and empowering internal teams, responding to business needs, and supporting investor communications
Your Profile
We are looking for a dynamic Master’s student based in Paris, enrolled in Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Development, Environmental & Social Sciences, or a related field.
You should demonstrate:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- A research-oriented mindset with rigor in data gathering and analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment of collaborative work
- High motivation and curiosity to learn
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
