Purpose :

 

The incumbent :

  • Animates project meetings with the support of the Project Leader and/or ERP managers
  • Follow-up of all tasks of the ERP implementation projects
  • Coordinates and updates SAP Cloud ALM for SAP projects

 

Areas of responsability :

 

In this context, the missions of the ERP PMO are:

  • Delivery
    • Define and enforce rules and norms for his field of expertise
    • Provide detailed project documentation
    • Contribute to the SAP S/4 Core model definition and deployment
  • Run
    • Define and maintain project standard documentation
    • Follow-up of resources availability with the support of the ERP managers
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Provide advice, assistance, information and training within her/his field of expertise
    • Follow SAP Cloud ALM roadmap

 

Required skills and qualifications :

 

  • Master’s Degree in major business school or engineering school or top-class University,
  • 1st experience on a consulting company or on a major company using SAP S/4
  • Strong knowledges on project management
  • Knowledge in SAP S/4 Cloud ALM is appreciated
  • Autonomy
  • Works well in a team environment,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Fluent English
