Context

This transformation is structured around 3 pillars:

  • Sales & Marketing transformation
  • Pricing
  • Plant as a Service (PaaS)

Post-closing completion, Lynxeo needs now ensure that the transformation initiatives are progressing according to the Value Creation plan, that major issues / challenges get the

required attention and resources and that Business Units obtain the level of support they need from the group.

In this context, Lynxeo is strengthening its Central Control Tower as a catalyst for transformation success.

 

Purpose of the position

 

As a Central Transformation Manager, you will hold a pivotal role in coordinating transformation efforts across the group. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain a 360° view on the varied application segments, product lines and site organizations of the group within a dynamic and international environment, thus opening opportunities for the subsequent stage of your career.

Key missions include:

  • Ensuring adoption and discipline regarding the Wave transformation monitoring tool
  • Preparing supporting elements for decision / arbitration, such as dashboards and ad-hoc analyses / business cases
  • Analyzing and processing feedback on transformation initiatives from all stakeholders, notably through the Pulse barometer
  • Assisting in program governance, documentation, and performance tracking
  • Managing the ideation and prioritization process for new initiatives
  • Autonomy, adaptability and situational intelligence are required to evolve effectively in a decentralized organization, identify where direct contribution is needed and formulate
  • recommendations. These activities will be led in tight coordination with the BU Transformations Managers, Group Finance and Global Marketing & Sales

 

Areas of responsabilities

 

Transformation Coordination

  • Ensure adequate governance of BU-led transformation initiatives and flag existing issues and potential risk
  • Produce and analyze dashboards and reports as a basis to decision making, highlight major risks / challenges for investigation
  • Promote and animate experience and best-practice sharing across Transformation Managers
  • Manage the new initiative generation and prioritization process

Wave transformation tool management 

  • Provide ad-hoc support to project owners and contributors as needed
  • Train users and new joiners on best practices
  • Manage access rights
  • Evolve standard dashboards and reports to reflect priorities and challenges

Transformation Health measurement

  • Run Pulse barometer to measure organizational health and attitude towards the transformation
  • Analyze and process results to adapt our setup and ensure high level of energy, engagement and impact
  • Ad-hoc support on other Strategy, Transformation and Innovation topics
  • Provide support on the innovation pipeline management, review meeting preparation, patent management
  • Participate in various strategic studies or initiatives, on an ad-hoc basis 

 

Required Skills and qualifications

 

  • Master’s Degree from a major business or engineering school, or from top-class university prefered, 
  •  2-3 years of experience in management consulting, chief of staff or large project management roles
  • Strong appetite for project management, and/or operations, and/or commercial excellence
  • Autonomy
  • Team spirit
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Fluent English
  • MS Office, Power BI, AI
