Business Transformation Leader (BTL) - Controlling

Key Responsibilities

The Business Transformation Leader will act as the main point of reference for one or more critical business processes (see below the processes in scope). This role is essential as it will be one of the key driver of our transformation through : standardization, process efficiency, and cross-functional alignment.

 

Main duties include:

    •    Support Global Group Transformation worldwide

    •    Driving Group Processes Transformation of your scope

    •    Coordinate and animate representative team of the scope from different key units

    •    Defining, documenting, and updating end-to-end process maps

    •    Leading process improvement initiatives in collaboration with business and IT teams

    •    Playing a key role in the implementation or update of ERP and standard applications for business processes

    •    Being responsible for designing, planning training programs and conducting them to raise awareness among the organization about new business processes

    •    Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations

    •    Acting as the liaison between functional teams to ensure seamless execution

    •    Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities for optimization

    •    Processes in scope (please to mention the scope you apply for) : Finance, Metal & Treasury, Procurement, Production & Maintenance, Planification, Logistic, Quality, Sales & R&D

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

    •    Strong understanding of Lynxeo business processes in scope (Finance, Procurement, Production & Maintenance, Planification, Logistic, Quality, Sales & R&D)

    •    Strong Leadership

    •    Experience in project coordination or change management

    •    Experience in ERP deployment is appreciated

    •    Analytical mindset with a structured and solution-oriented approach

    •    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

    •    Ability to facilitate workshops and build consensus

    •    Good level of English

    •    Travel capabilities (up to 30%)
