Inside Sales & Customer Success Specialist
Location: Providence, RI (On-site with occasional hybrid flexibility)
Reports To: Business Development Manager, North America
Lynxeo, formerly Nexans ISP, is a global leader in dynamic cable solutions for industrial automation. As we continue building our North American operations, we’re looking for a proactive Inside Sales & Customer Success Specialist to strengthen our front-office team and be the backbone of our customer and channel relationships.

Your Mission
The Inside Sales & Customer Success Specialist plays a central role in supporting sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional service for our North American partners. You’ll handle daily sales operations, assist with business development activities, and support trade shows—all while maintaining strong communication between customers, distributors, and Lynxeo’s global teams. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and meaningful customer interactions in a fast-growing environment.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Business Development
• Manage assigned customer and distributor accounts, including quotes, RFQs, and orders.
• Support business development activities through lead generation, outreach, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain CRM and ERP data to track opportunities, pricing, and account activities.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and customer materials.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Customer Success
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and channel partners.
• Ensure timely communication, accurate information, and smooth order execution.
• Work closely with the Business Development Manager to improve the customer journey.
• Provide proactive feedback to improve processes, pricing, and customer experience.
Sales Operations Support
• Coordinate with logistics and factory teams to support order flow and resolve issues.
• Assist with trade show planning, materials, and post-event lead follow-up.
• Maintain alignment with European teams to bridge time-zone gaps and ensure service continuity.
• Act as the bridge for key customer communications when outside team is traveling.
Who You Are
• 5+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support roles.
• Background in industrial automation, cable manufacturing, or technical distribution preferred.
• Experience using ERP (SAP preferred) and CRM systems.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at multitasking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to work independently while staying connected to the team.
• Comfortable analyzing data, maintaining reports, and improving internal workflows.

Schedule & Compensation
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with hybrid flexibility)
• Location: Providence, RI (on-site presence required)
• Travel: Up to 5% for trade shows and customer visits
• Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 + incentive bonus based on performance
