  • Support processes parameters definitions and controls (including bunching, insulation extrusion, assembly, jacketing and testing)
  • Define and validate product specifications, control plans, and inspection methods.
  • Investigate product defects and internal/external non-conformities related to:
    • electrical performance
    • insulation and sheath integrity
    • material behavior (PVC, XLPE, LSZH, TPE and other rubber compound)
  • Perform root cause analysis using structured tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA)
  • Lead and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) related to product issues
  • Manage customer complaints related to product performance
  • Perform technical analysis and prepare 8D or technical reports.
  • Interface with production and customers on product quality issues and clarifications
  • Support qualification and monitoring of raw materials and components (copper conductors, polymers, additives)
  • Analyze supplier-related non-conformities impacting product performance
  • Collaborate with Procurement and R&D on material changes and approvals
  • Analyze quality data (CONQ – cost of no quality; PPM; defect trends by department)
  • Propose improvements to product design, materials, or manufacturing parameters
  • Support cost-of-poor-quality reduction initiatives

What About You?

  • You have experience in a manufacturing environment (often 3 - 5 years).
  • You have a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Industrial, Electrical or similar) or in Quality Management or a related field.
  • You have knowledge of quality methodologies (Six Sigma, FMEA, CAPA, Lean manufacturing) and of industry-specific regulations
    • You experienced with problem-solving methodologies and technical quality tools
    • You possess analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally with Production, R&D, Process Engineering and Technical team
    • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills to report issues and train staff
    • You speak fluent English (written and spoken)
