Inside Sales Engineer

We're looking for an Inside Sales Engineer to join our Sales team based in Pioltello, Italy.

What you'll do

• Manage daily customer interactions and provide timely, professional commercial support.
• Prepare quotations and offers tailored to customer requirements and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, production, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order execution and on-time delivery.
• Keep customers informed on order status, product availability, and delivery schedules.
• Support the sales team by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable technical solutions.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers while contributing to business growth.
• Monitor quotations, orders, and customer requests to ensure accurate follow-up and resolution.

What we're looking for

✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
✔ Experience in sales support, customer service, supply chain, or commercial front-office roles.
✔ Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, order management, and supply chain coordination.
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP/CRM systems.
✔ Good command of English.

Nice to have

Experience in industrial cabling, electrical products, automation, or related technical industries, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across sales, logistics, production, and technical teams.
