Field Sales Engineer

We're looking for a Field Sales Engineer to join our Sales team based in Pioltello, Italy. 

What you'll do:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and customer visits.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers while expanding your territory.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored technical and commercial solutions.
• Prepare and manage quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow opportunities through to closure.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer service and successful project execution.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and contribute to achieving ambitious sales targets.

What we're looking for

✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
✔ At least 2 years of experience in field sales, technical sales, account management, or B2B business development.
✔ Strong understanding of technical customer requirements and solution selling.
✔ Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
✔ A proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
✔ Good command of English.
✔ Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Nice to have

Experience in the electrical cable industry, electrical products, automation, or related technical sectors will be considered a strong advantage.
