Lynxeo, formerly Nexans ISP, is seeking a seasoned Customer Service Specialist to join our Automation BU team! This is your chance to be part of a fresh and exciting journey with a new company focused on innovation and growth.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, located in Pioltello (Italy), this position is created to reinforce the customer service in a context of transformation for our sales and marketing organization, with a high ambition on sales growth. You'll be part of a team of 6 customer service specialists working in front and back office, serving a global business with footprints in the U.S, Europe and Asia.

What are the main missions?

The Customer Service specialist is responsible for supporting sales activities, from client demand to payment collection through the offer and order management.

 

He/she acts as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products and services from Lynxeo offers.

 

In permanent contact with the entire sales team and with the operations team, especially with Supply Chain Manager and Customer Master data & Pricing analyst, he/she acts as the interface between customers/partners and all contacts in Lynxeo to make sure the delivered services meet the client expectations.

 

And concretely?

 

 

Customer relation:

  • Make sure Lynxeo terms and conditions reflect the client contractual terms
  • Is responsible for the payment collection monitoring, until the sale process is closed
  • Show proactivity to anticipate client needs and prevent client complaints
  • Is responsible for the proper delivery of orders in accordance with the client expected service level
  • Deal with customer / partner complaints and manage client disputes on delivery level
  • Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction and recommend improvements in collaboration with the Customer service Manager
  • Foster Lynxeo interests

 

Management of small account

  • Can assume the management of small accounts including quotes
  • Identify opportunities to upsell, based on Lynxeo existing products and services
  • Promote Lynxeo brand, products and services to the customers
  • Provide feedbacks to Sales Managers in order to improve Lynxeo offers
  • Can replace Inside Sales when necessary

 

Sales support

  • Organizes all the necessary sales support to Sales Managers (customer visits, RFQ, tender or order negotiations...) for important deals
  • Support sales monitoring

 

Data management:

  • Is responsible for account data management in ERP, so that accounts data, commercial conditions, price lists, price items are correctly in place. 
  • Maintain accurate records of customers interactions, orders and feedbacks to improve the knowledge of client needs, using CRM data management and quote follow-ups
