극동전선 Production Team에서 Process Engineer (정규직)​를 채용합니다.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage manufacturing processes for XLPE insulation, sheathing (PVC, HFFR, XLPE, Rubber, etc.), and painting
  • Prepare, maintain, and revise technical documents and process standards
  • Support new material development and special engineering projects
  • Analyze and improve manufacturing KPIs, including OEE, scrap rate, material consumption, 5S, and Near Miss (SUSA)
  • Investigate and resolve internal and external quality issues
  • Drive continuous process improvement to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve operational performance
  • Conduct technical audits and assess subcontractors related to the production process
  • Provide technical, quality, safety, and health training for production operators
  • Improve workplace safety and manufacturing processes
  • Evaluate manufacturing equipment capacity and recommend process and equipment improvements

 

📌 What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome
  • Or at least 2 years of experience in the cable manufacturing industry
  • Or at least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Or at least 4 years of experience in Quality, Technical, Maintenance, or Production Control within the cable manufacturing industry
  • Fluent in English is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with production operators and suppliers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
