이 직무를 위해서는 다음과 같은 역량과 자격이 필요합니다.

[Required Skills & Qualifications]

•Master’s students or graduates within 1–2 years

•Major : Industrial Engineering, Systems Management Engineering, MIS, DX, Global MBA, Public/Technology Management, Data Analytics

•Fluent in English (capable of participating in English meetings and preparing documents)

•Experience with SAP or Power BI

•Hands-on exposure to PMO, corporate planning, or digital transformation projects

•Internship or exchange student experience (domestic or international)

다음과 같은 업무를 수행합니다.

[Key Responsibilities]

1. Tracking & Coordination

- Contribute to follow-up meetings with the program team

- Monitor execution of transformation activities

- Update and consolidate program documentation

- Ensure governance structures function smoothly and consistently

- Ensure proper application of group policies (standards, security, etc.)

- Assess risk with stakeholders in cases of non-compliance

2. Program Performance Support

- Define and monitor program KPIs

-Recommend improvement initiatives

3. Change Management & Knowledge Transfer

- Help shape change management strategies with stakeholders

- Promote transfer of know-how for daily use by business users

- Ensure applications in scope are well-documented and up to date

[Purpose of Role]

- Support Transformation or IS leaders in driving project execution

- Track and coordinate tasks across the transformation program

- Collaborate with the program management team to monitor various transformation streams, including:

- Mapping of current processes and identifying local specificities

- Designing streamlined, harmonized high-level processes across the group

- Supporting gap analysis between proposed standard processes and target digital tools (SAP S/4, global apps, tc.)

- Creating detailed process flowcharts aligned with the core model

- Contributing to SAP S/4 deployment, plant digitalization, and data/functional optimization
