Purpose

 

During this period of implementation of the new IT organization, the purpose of the assignment is to support the IS department's management team in monitoring financial and performance tasks, standardizing processes, and overseeing ongoing projects. This includes automating reports and forecasts with Power BI, creating SOPs, and developing communication within the IS department.The goal is also to ensure alignment with the strategy of the group. 

 

Area of responsibility

 

At your level, with the IS Performance Manager, you will be in charge of :

  • Ensure respect of Financial and performance tasks throughout the year :
    • Follow-up and control the IS Cost (Budget, Committed, Forecast)
    • Follow the global IS Contract Library setup allowing a better risk management and dedicated alert
    • Automatization of performance and financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting process with Power BI
    • KPIs production
    • Manage the IS Time Tracking
  • Standardize the IS department
    • Creation of SOP
    • Manage and develop the IS communication in collaboration with the IS team
  • Support the IS team in monitoring projects
