Build and Execute 2026 China Growth Story
▪ Promotes and maintains strategic customer and KAMs satisfaction by ensuring on-time and in-full delivery.
▪ Lead and drive Sales & Marketing functions’ transformation in line with VCP (Value-Creation) principles and pricing strategy.
▪ Transform frontline sales workforce, to upskill and foster hunter culture in getting good margin orders.
▪ Coordinate/Support between peer plants/BU for business synergy in China (Oil & Gas/Wind/Automation) and contributes to global objectives.
▪ Frequently vising Key Accounts, also analyze marketing intelligence reports to strategies sales activities.

Production Performance & Industrial Excellence
▪ Defines Operations’ priorities, strictly implement and enhance PaaS (plant as a system) methodology.
▪ Leads plant manager to ensure productivity, efficiency, MV targets and OTIF with good quality.
▪ Implements the strongest action plans to ensure safety for employees & subcontractors.
▪ Plans & prioritizes related industrial projects (lay-out optimization, production flow, new technologies and plant capex), to increase plant capacity to accommodate business growth.

Financial performance
▪ Is responsible of the plant fixed & direct costs by mastering the manufacturing variances/impact of variations of volumes of activities.
▪ Reacts and drives countermeasures when a deviation occurs.
▪ Drives main financial indicators (EBITDA, OWC, OM, Cash) to secure sustainable profitability.

People development
▪ Ensures the development and management of a competent China management team, utilizing best in class innovative management techniques, build succession plan down to GM N-2 levels.
▪ Is transparent and know how to create a culture where people make problems visible, and solve it in collaborative way, mobilizing the organization to achieve collective goals.
