Role Overview

We are looking for a structured and analytical Junior Analyst to join our team in Morocco on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will support the monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators related to industrial activities. The role will involve collecting and analyzing data, preparing performance reports, tracking action plans, and supporting the execution of cross-functional industrial projects.

The ideal candidate is comfortable using digital tools and AI-based solutions to improve data analysis, reporting, and work efficiency. Excellent communication skills and a strong command of English are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report industrial KPIs. (that can be extended to Purchasing and R&D)
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management.
  • Identify KPI trends, deviations, and areas requiring corrective action.
  • Support data analysis related to industrial performance, costs, processes, quality, delivery, and productivity.
  • Follow up on industrial improvement projects, action plans, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Track project execution and provide regular status updates in coordination with
  • relevant departments.
  • Use Excel, reporting tools, and AI solutions to improve data processing and reporting.
  • Contribute to ad hoc analyses and cross-functional industrial projects.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Economics, Management, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Highly structured and methodical, with the ability to manage several tasks and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and processing large amounts of data.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Comfortable using AI tools and willing to use them responsibly to support analysis, reporting, and productivity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Proactive, curious, reliable, and willing to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
